U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Jackson Stogsdill, 307th Operations Support Squadron aircrew flight equipment journeyman, prepares a B-52 Stratofortress drag chute for maintenance at RAF Fairford, England, Sept. 11, 2018. Stogsdill used personal tragedy as a catalyst to better himself and enhance his own leadership skills.
