Back in the BUFF: Innovative training effort brings B-52 veteran
U.S. Air Force Col. Michael Pontius, 307th Operation Group commander, and William Pedeaux, site manager for B-52 academic training, conduct a pre-flight check on a B-52 Stratofortress at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana, May 7, 2024. Pedeaux, a former B-52 pilot, was flying on the jet for the first time in 28 years.
