Long Ranger Roundup: September in Photos
A spoon attached to a CAT 304E2 CR Mini Excavator lifts a golf ball from a mound of dirt at the 307th Civil Engineer Squadron Heavy Equipment Rodeo Sept. 12 at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana. The excavator has a bucket digging force of 8,500 pounds. This event brought ten CE flights together in a training competition aimed at familiarizing and testing Airmen on a range of skills involving heavy equipment.
