A Reserve Citizen Airman assigned to the 307th Civil Engineer Squadron guides a dump truck during the unit’s Heavy Equipment Rodeo at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana, Sept. 12, 2020. The rodeo was designed to help Airmen gain confidence using heavy equipment they may not use on a regular basis. All ten flights of the 307th CES came together for the event.
