Richard Ruliffson, 11th Bomb Squadron commander, speaks with Louisiana congressional delegates from both the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate paid a visit to Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana, August 6, 2019. During that time, they learned more about the 93rd Bomb Squadron's mission as the formal training unit for all B-52H Stratofortress air crew in the U.S. Air Force.
