U.S. Air Force Col. Courtney Hamilton, 307th Bomb Wing vice commander, speaks about the mission of the unit to local Rotarians in Shreveport, Louisiana, Nov. 20, 2018. In her address, Hamilton thanked the local community for their ongoing support of the military. She also addressed the special demands placed on Reserve Citizen Airmen, who must juggle both a civilian and military career. Hamilton explained the active-duty is reliant upon the Air Force Reserve to fulfill its mission both stateside and overseas and that Reserve Citizen Airmen of today are working diligently to meet those needs.
