Reagan Hildebrand makes her way through the kennels at the Bossier City Animal Control shelter in Bossier City, Louisiana, April 9, 2018. Reagan regularly visits the BCAC to read to the dogs. She began reading to dogs at the shelter after losing her family pet. The act of service spawned a program at the shelter where multiple children now read to rescue dogs.
