A gathering of leaders
Airman from around the Air Force Reserve Command complete a minefield exercise at Barksdale Air Force Base, La. Jan. 20, 2018. The activity was part of the Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Leadership Course, an AFRC program designed to help Senior NCO's develop and hone leadership skills. During the exercise, the Airmen had to communicate instructions to blindfolded participants to guide them through a maze highlighting the difficulties of effective communication and using innovative ideas to improve instruction.
