U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Shelley Cohen, 307th BW command chief master sergeant, congratulates Staff Sgt. Belinda Thoreson, 707th Maintenance Squadron aircraft mechanic, for winning the 307th Bomb Wing Noncommissioned Officer for the third quarter of 2017 during a commander’s call on Barksdale Air Force Base, La., Dec. 3, 2017.
