Ample Strike 2017 - Maintainers make the mission

Two B-1B Lancers rest in the sun at Royal Air Force Fairford, United Kingdom, Sep. 7, 2017. The jets have been heavily employed during Ample Strike 2017, a Czech Republic-led live fire exercise that offers advance Air/Land Integration training to Forward Air Controllers, Joint Terminal Attack Controllers and Close Air Support aircrews. Active duty and Reserve Airmen from the 7th Bomb Wing, 307th BW, and 2nd BW all worked together during the exercise to show U.S. commitment to security and stability in the European Theater.
