Col. Robert VanHoy takes command of 307th Bomb Wing

Bruce Miller, 10th Air Force commander, passes the wing guidon to Colonel Robert VanHoy II during the 307th Bomb Wing change of command ceremony July 8, 2017 at Barksdale Air Force Base, La.
