U.S. Air Force Senior Master Sgt. Robert Ahbol, the 307th Force Support Squadron communications flight superintendent, accepts a U.S. flag during his retirement ceremony at Barksdale Air Force Base, La., Feb. 11, 2017. Ahbol was responsible for setting up the first ever computer network in the 917th Wing before it deactivated. Once the 307th Bomb Wing was reactivated in place of the 917th Wing, Ahbol continued to monitor and expand the network, standing up the first Reserve Mission in the Air Force Network Operations Center.
