Alumni from Texas A&M University that are now members of the U. S. Air Force gather to see the new nose art on the flagship of the 307th Bomb Wing “The Spirit of Aggieland” on Barksdale Air Force Base, La. on July 23, 2015. Alumni include (from left to right) Capt. Christian Everson, an Electronic Warfare Officer assigned to the 96th Bomb Squadron, Lt. Col. Martin Salinas, Inspector General for the 2nd Bomb Wing, Col. Bruce Cox, Commander of the 307th Bomb Wing, and Lt. Gen. Stephen Wilson, Commander of Air Force Global Strike Command. Cox chose to unveil the nose art on the day that Wilson took his final flight as the commander of the AFGSC. “The Spirit of Aggieland,” is dedicated to former and future cadets that graduated from Texas A&M University's Corps of Cadets Program.
