Reserve Airmen: construction skills benefit Barksdale
Airmen assigned to the 307th RED HORSE and 307th Civil Engineer Squadron strike off freshly placed concrete to make it as level as possible before finishing on Barksdale Air Force Base, La., Sept. 9, 2014.
