Col. Jonathan Ellis takes his final flight

U.S. Air Force Col. Jonathan Ellis, 307th Bomb Wing commander, whose quick wit earned him the call sign "Jester", finds out the joke is on him after climbing out of the cockpit of his B-52 Stratofortress, Dec. 5, 2014, Barksdale Air Force Base, La. This marked the last flight for Ellis who relinquished command of the wing on Dec. 7, 2014. (U.S. Air Force photo by Tech. Sgt. Ted Daigle/Released)
