Barksdale supports community canines
With the assistance of Pam Cantley, a volunteer for the Humane Society of Northwest Louisiana, Jacob Miller gets to know Lilly during a Humane Society of Northwest Louisiana adoption event at the Barksdale Exchange on Barksdale Air Force Base, La., Sept. 14, 2013.
