307th BW provides needed customer service during shutdown

Following the government shutdown, the 307th Bomb Wing Customer Service office became the only area on Barksdale that still provided services such as making I.D. cards and enrolling or updating information in TRICARE and the Servicemen's Group Life Insurance.
