James Morriss III, 93rd Bomb Squadron (BS) commander, is interviewed by KTAL Channel 6 News reporter Dan Jovic on the 23rd anniversary of the initial start of Operation Desert Storm, Jan. 16, 2014, Barksdale Air Force Base, La.
