Jones’ fini-flight sets aviation record
A group of 20 aircrew members reached a milestone in the B-52H Stratofortress by flying a two-ship mission with a combined total of over 100,000 flying hours, Feb. 18, 2014, Barksdale Air Force Base, La. The mission also marked the last flight for Col. Joseph Jones (center), 307th Bomb Wing vice commander, who is retiring from the Air Force Reserve after 37 years of military service.
