917th Airman builds warriors from ground up

Members of the TYLER JOINT FORCE Battalion of the U.S. Naval Sea Cadets Corps based in Tyler, Texas, take part in an exercise which pits them against a 14-foot wall at the East Texas Medical Center’s Behavioral Health Center in Tyler, August 15, 2009. The exercise is used to help the cadets and officers realize the benefits of depending on a support system to accomplish goals. Participants at the wall learned quickly that without a support system they were unable to do a thing. The cadets spent the entire summer day completing exercises which will enable them to work closer with and trust their fellow cadets and officers. This experience will also benefit those cadets who decide to join the U.S. Military in the future. (Courtesy photo)
