917th CES dives into total force integration
Staff Sgt. Frank Jackson, knowledge operations manager, directs Technical Sgt. Roy Stockinger, structural craftsman, as he prepares to move a conex container full of spare parts and equipment with a 10K all-terrain forklift at Barksdale Air Force Base, La., August 27, 2009. Both Sergeants are members of the 917th Civil Engineer Squadron. Room is being made in the CE warehouse located behind the 917th Wing Headquarters building at Barksdale for contractors who will construct training classrooms, a storage area and a bathroom inside the building. The Global Strike Command is paying for the renovation since they will soon occupy the office space the 917th CES recently vacated. Construction is schedule for two weeks and should be completed by the September UTA. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt. Jeff Walston)
