917th MXS Airmen take second at Oktoberfest
Katie Lund receives her portion of the authentic German dinner during the 2nd Annual Oktoberfest celebration at Barksdale Air Force Base, La., October 2, 2009. The price of admission included dinner which consisted of bratwurst, schnitzel, German potato salad, and a roll; along with 2 beverages and a commemorative Oktoberfest mug. Side items such as turkey legs and sausage on a stick were also available. Mrs. Lund is the wife of Capt. Conrad Lund, 11th Bomb Squadron, B-52 pilot.
