917th Wing family participates in Santas in Blues
Airmen from numerous units and organizations on Barksdale Air Force Base, La., including the 917th Wing facilitated the registration of foster children and their families at the Santas in Blues children’s party at the Bossier City Civic Center December 19, 2009. Santas in Blues is a base-sponsored program which allows Airmen to sponsor underprivileged foster children in the Caddo, Bossier, Webster and De Soto parishes by providing gifts during the holiday season.
