One Stop Shop: A look into the 917th, one shop at a time

Master Sgt. Rodney Jones, a client support administrator for the 917th Wing Mission Support Group on Barksdale Air Force Base, logs on to his computer to confirm network accessibility for personnel in the wing during his Unit Training Assembly (UTA) weekend. As a client support administrator, Sergeant Jones may have up to 60 technical issues to resolve in one day.
