The 917th Wing celebrates Family Day
The 917th Wing on Barksdale Air Force Base, La., celebrated their annual Family Day on 1 May at the A-10 Hangar on Barksdale. Approximately 2000 Reservists, wing employees and family members came out to the Hangar, where food, friends and fun were in abundance. A dunking booth, balloon toss and children’s train were just some of the many activities offered during the event. Military organizations and various local community businesses attended as well, providing information, games and prizes for the 917th Wing family. (U.S. Air Force Photo/Staff Sgt.
