Drag racers promote safety

Master Sgt. Sergeant Griffith, who is a former Shreveport, Louisiana, Police Officer, has been a volunteer at Beat the Heat since May 2003. BTH is a "Cops and Kids" program designed to break down the barriers between young people and the Police and give both groups the chance to interact with each other in a positive manner.
