Czech Republic welcomes a Cold Warrior

While 917th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron crew chiefs inspect a B-52 tow bar, 93rd Bomb Squadron aircrew coordinate aircraft taxi and parking procedures with the airport ground crew of the Leoš Janácek Airport in Ostrava, Czech Republic, prior to the arrival of a 917th Wing B-52H Stratofortress on Sept. 15, 2010. This marked the first-time a B-52 bomber visited the Czech Republic and was flown in to support the 10th Annual NATO Days in Ostrava air show, which is the largest air, army and security show in Central Europe.
