Czech Republic welcomes a Cold Warrior
Members of the 917th Wing are “coined” by Maj. Gen. Jack B. Egginton, director, Air and Space Operations, Ramstein Air Base, Germany, for the successful deployment of a B-52H Stratofortress in support of the NATO Days in Ostrava air show, Ostrava, Czech Republic, Sept. 18, 2010. The 917th Wing deployed personnel and a bomber to Ostrava, on Sept. 15, 2010 in support of the 10th Annual NATO Days in Ostrava air show, which is the largest air, army and security show in Central Europe.
