Czech Republic welcomes a Cold Warrior

A 917th Wing B-52H Stratofortress is towed down the runway of the Leoš Janácek Airport, Ostrava, Czech Republic, following the final day of 10th Annual NATO Days in Ostrava air show on Sept 19, 2010. The 917th Wing deployed personnel and one bomber to Ostrava on Sept 15, 2010 in support of the air show, which is the largest air, army and security show in Central Europe. This marked the first-time a B-52 bomber visited the Czech Republic. The 917th Wing is located at Barksdale Air Force Base, La. (U.S. Air Force photo/Master Sgt. Greg Steele)
