General Luckey visits the 917th Wing

Master Sgt. Bradley Schoth, 917th Operations Support Flight, non-commissioned officer in charge of aircrew flight equipment instructs Maj. Gen. Charles D. Luckey in emergency egress and parachute training in the 93rd Bomb Squadron Headquarter building at Barksdale Air Force Base, La., Oct. 27, 2010. General Luckey is a U.S. Army officer, and is the Assistant to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff for Reserve Matters. He was visiting the 917th Wing at Barksdale to get a general feel for issues affecting the Reserve component. He made his first flight in a B-52 Stratofortress that same afternoon.
