Family trips with the Air Force

The Biloxi Lighthouse in Biloxi, Miss., Oct. 25, 2010. Built in 1848, the lighthouse is the only active Mississippi lighthouse to survive the hurricanes of 1906, 1947, 1969 and 2005. It is also the only lighthouse in the United States to stand in the middle of a four-lane highway. The lighthouse has been kept by female keepers for more years than any other lighthouse in the United States. (Courtesy photo/Jeff Walston)
