Barksdale hosts African American History Month Luncheon

Shirley Johns, who is the secretary for the 307th Maintenance Group commander, has a moment to speak with U. S. Air Force Col. (Ret) Richard Toliver after the African American History Month Luncheon in the Barksdale Club at Barksdale Air Force Base, La., Feb. 28, 2011. Colonel Toliver, who retired from the Air Force in 1989 after 26 years of service, flew 446 combat missions in Southeast Asia.
