First ever Barksdale Reserve Awards Ceremony

Major Brown was awarded the Joint Service Achievement Medal for meritorious service for the Armed Forces of the United States. The awards ceremony was the first to be held since the deactivation of the 917th Wing, and reactivation of the 307th Bomb Wing.
