307th BW recruiters touch part of wing history
A World War II vintage Consolidated B-24 Liberator sits on the ramp at the Shreveport Downtown airport in Shreveport, La., March 10, 2011. Three WWII aircraft were part of The Wings of Freedom Tour sponsored by The Collins Foundation, which brought the extremely rare bombers and fighter aircraft to Shreveport for a local living history display as part of a 110-city Nationwide Tour. The Consolidated B-24 Liberator and the Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress were flown by 307th Airmen in the past. (U.S Air force photo/Tech. Sgt. Jeff Walston)
