Mooney III, the commander of the 307th Bomb Wing, walk to the flag pole in front of the 2nd Bomb Wing Headquarters building to place flowers during the 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony at Barksdale Air Force Base, La., Sept. 9, 2011.
