93rd Bomb Squadron B-52 Stratofortress returns to the Czech Republic
Airmen from both the U.S. Air Force and Czech Republic air force plan the first ever combined mission between the two countries, Ostrava, Czech Republic, Sept. 25, 2011. The historic mission was flown the next day and involved an Air Force Reserve Command B-52 Stratofortress from the 93rd Bomb Squadron, 307th Bomb Wing, Barksdale Air Force Base, La., two Saab JAS 39C Gripens and three Areo L 159 ALCAs (Advanced Light Combat Aircraft) from the Czech Republic air force.
