Arceneaux earns Pitsenbarger Award

Chief Master Sgt. (Ret) Jack Skaggs presents Brian S. Arceneaux the Pitsenbarger Award for the Reserves during Community College of the Air Force graduation ceremonies in Hoban Hall at Barksdale Air Force Base, La., Nov. 30, 2011. Arceneaux is also a Technical Sergeant in the Air Force Reserve and is assigned to the 307th RED HORSE Squadron at Barksdale. The award is named for Airman First Class William H. Pitsenbarger, a Pararescueman, who unselfishly gave his life trying to save casualties near Saigon April 11, 1966, at the young age of 21. Arceneaux also received his Associate in Applied Science Restaurant, Hotel & Fitness Management degree during the ceremonies.
