Olson reaches 5,000 hours
Lt. Col. Marc Olson, an A-10 pilot assigned to the 47th Fighter Squadron, taxis an A-10 Thunderbolt II to the runway at Barksdale Air Force Base, La., Jan. 11, 2012. Olson led a four-ship sortie, and in doing so accumulated 5,000 hours in the A-10. To complete this feat took Olson more than twenty and a half years of flying the A-10.
