307 BW is represented in England
Two Airmen from the 93rd Bomb Squadron, 307th Bomb Wing, Barksdale Air Force Base, La., (who shall remain nameless for obvious reasons) attempt to negotiate standing privileges with a group disgruntled Imperial stormtroopers from the Galactic Empire, who just happen to be visiting the Royal International Air Tattoo 2012, RAF Fairford, England, July 8, 2012. During a brief discussion on the capabilities of the B-52 Stratofortress verses the TIE Heavy Bomber series used by the Galactic Empire, things got a little heated. Payload notwithstanding, B-52s have been in active service since 1955. The deciding factor came when the Airmen were informed that the TIE Bomber could be used in space and atmospheric conditions.
