307 CES stand ups to support Youngstown ARS

Chris Collins, power production, hold a piece of metal in place where it can be secured to the metal frame at Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Vienna, Ohio, Aug. 16, 2012. Both Chaney and Collins are assigned to the 307th Civil Engineer Squadron from Barksdale Air Force Base, La.
