Gebara signs proclamation
Col. Andrew J. Gebara, commander of the 2nd Bomb Wing, signs an African-American Heritage Proclamation at the Base Exchange on Barksdale Air Force Base, La., Feb. 1, 2013. The proclamation for the National African American History Month is to celebrate the rich ancestry of African Americans and the many contributions and accomplishments in our national story.
