307th Airmen teach students about the great outdoors
Maj. Warren Crabtree, 307th Maintenance Operations Flight commander, coaches a student from Fouke Middle School through the use of a drill during a field study at the Sulphur River Wildlife Association headquarters in Fouke, Ark., April 24, 2013. The SRWA is civic group that promotes wildlife conservation education through field studies, fishing derbies and youth hunts. The student was building a habitat for wood ducks in which to live and hatch ducklings. Crabtree, who is stationed at Barksdale Air Force Base, La., not only taught the students how to make the habitats, he taught the importance of putting up such habitat so that the species can survive, thrive and benefit the local environment. He has been an active member of the SRWA for several years. (U.S. Air Force photo by Tech. Sgt. Ted Daigle/Released)
