STARBASE 2.0 celebrates pilot year

STARBASE Louisiana Executive Director Kathy Brandon and Benjamin Williamson, instructor, present a certificate to Parker Hebert during the STARBASE 2.0 Celebration at Cope Middle School in Bossier City, La., May 14, 2013. Parker is participating in STARBASE 2.0, which is an after school Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) program.
