Air Crews Take Part in Water Survival Training
A one-man life raft proves to be a slippery challenge for U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Ken Wyzywany, 307th Operations Group during a water survival training exercise at Barksdale Air Force Base, La., July 13, 2013. After righting the capsized raft and boarding it, Wyzywany had to practice bailing water from it. The raft was one of four stations aircrew members took on during the exercise. Water survival training helps aircrew members practice what to do in the event of a waterborne landing. (U.S. Air Force photo by Tech. Sgt. Ted Daigle/Released)
