BARKSDALE AIR FORCE BASE, La. -- Air Force Reserve Command officials announced the recipients of the 2025 annual Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force Thomas N. Barnes Armament Systems, Munitions and Major Command Unit Awards May 1, spotlighting aircraft maintenance excellence across the Air Force Reserve.
Three squadrons here earned top honors this year: the 307th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, the 307th Maintenance Squadron, and the 707th Maintenance Squadron.
The 307th AMXS earned the Outstanding Weapons Load Crew Award, recognizing the outstanding performance and precision of the team consisting of Tech. Sgt. Juan Camacho, Tech. Sgt. Enedina Tinoco, Tech. Sgt. Undre Hooper, and Staff Sgt. Edjare Wilson.
Tech. Sgt. Uriel Vargas, assigned to the 707th MXS, received the Armament Systems Supervisor of the Year Award, while Tech. Sgt. Hannah R. Krane, assigned to the 307th MXS, was recognized as the Aerospace Ground Equipment Supervisor of the Year.
Brig. Gen. Stacey L. Scarisbrick, director of logistics, engineering, and force protection, commended the winners and nominees in writing for their exceptional performance.
