BARKSDALE AIR FORCE BASE, La. -- The 307th Bomb Wing battled the dog days of summer throughout August, enduring temperatures over 100 degrees at both Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana and Dyess AFB, Texas. Despite the high temperatures, the wing's Airmen still managed to make history, landing the first B-52 Stratofortress in Maine since 1993. They also found time to take part in the upcoming 10th Air Force mission video and bring new training innovations to the bomber community.
