    93rd and 11th Bomb Squadron 'Murph'

    U.S. Airmen assigned to the 93rd Bomb Squadron (BS) and 11th BS participate in physical training near a B-52 Stratofortress at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana May 12, 2022. The Airmen completed a mile run, followed by 300 air squats, 200 push-ups, 100 pull-ups, and ended with another mile run. The workout, known as ‘The Murph’, was a favorite of U.S. Navy Lt. Michael P.
