BARKSDALE AIR FORCE BASE, La. --

October ushered in cool air here and the 307th Bomb Wing took advantage of the change to double-down on training. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, units found a way to get the job done and ensure lethality and readiness remained high among its Airmen. It also began hosting visitors for the first time since the pandemic occurred. The 307th Bomb Wing helped local educator and historical societies learn more about the B-52 Stratofortress and the role the unit plays in national defense.
