Family Day tickets on sale

Barksdale Air Force Base, La. --  The 917th Wing, Barksdale Air Force Base, La., is slated to begin selling tickets to the unit's annual Family Day on Feb. 6 during the Unit Training Assembly (UTA) weekend.

Servicemembers and personnel of the 917th WG, along with Regular Air Force members working alongside the 917th in support of Total Force Integration, can purchase tickets from their respective 917th First Sergeants beginning over the Feb. UTA and continuing until May 1.

Pricing of tickets are as follows: $3 for an individual and $5 for a member and their immediate family.

Family Day, scheduled for May 1, will kick off at 11 a.m. at Cullen Park on Barksdale. Food, entertainment and prizes will make up a fun-filled day for the entire family.

Last year, the event hosted over 1,000 Airmen, 917th Personnel and their families.
