917th Wing’s Airman in the Spotlight
Staff Sgt. Erica Keammerer, an education and training technician for the 917th Wing Mission Support Flight on Barksdale Air Force Base, La., ensures that education and training files are up to date and complete for current and retired servicemembers. Sergeant Keammerer originally from Patterson, La., has been in the United States Air Force for five years and considers it an honor and privilege to serve her country. She recognizes her husband as the person who has influenced her most throughout her military career because he abides by and exudes the United States Air Force core values in all he does. Sergeant Keammerer truly enjoys her job and being able to counsel fellow servicemembers on their education benefits and how to utilize them.
